BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NOTICE:
A. Please read the following booking terms and conditions carefully as they contain important
information about our terms and conditions and your rights and obligations. You must not
engage us unless you understand and agree with our booking terms and conditions.
B. By giving instructions to us to make a booking on your behalf, you agree to comply with and be
bound by our booking terms and conditions specified below. These booking terms and
conditions apply to any bookings you instruct us to facilitate on your behalf.
OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our Service
1. Beauty Solutions Abroad Pty Ltd (“BSA” or “us”) is a cosmetic surgery appointment booking
agent. Our obligation to you is to facilitate booking appointments for your consultations and
surgical cosmetic procedures in Bali (Indonesia) and in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) at the hospital
or clinic or with a surgeon of your choice.
2. We act solely based on your instructions for the purpose of coordinating appointments and
administrative arrangements. We do not recommend or endorse or choose any particular
hospitals or clinics or surgeons (hospitals, clinics and surgeons together as “medical
service providers”) nor any particular treatments or surgical procedure for you.
3. We are bound by confidentiality terms and agreements. We cannot share past clients’ reviews or
experiences over the quality or performance of certain medical service provider without their
consent. Your personal details are confidential and shared only with your choice of medical
service provider.
4. Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply to our booking terms and
conditions.
Pre Booking
5. You must do your own due diligence of the choice of a medical service provider before you
make your decision and give instructions to us to make your booking.
6. We do not give medical advice. Any advice that we provide to you is limited to general advice
such as a quote for your choice of cosmetic surgery or availability of your choice of surgeon.
7. After a booking is made, you are entering a contract directly with the relevant medical service
provider and are bound by their policies and their terms and conditions. You must ensure you
fully understand the process, the risks of your surgical procedure, the terms and conditions of
your medical service providers, their policies that are relevant to you, and the applicable laws of
their jurisdiction that govern them.

Post Surgical Procedure
8. Our role as booking agent terminates automatically after your surgical procedure is performed by
your medical service provider.
9. All questions, including any complaints, concerns, or issues (e.g., complications or
unsatisfactory results) after your surgery, or if you seek remedies from your medical service
provider, are between you and your medical service provider, and you must direct these
questions directly to them.
Renumeration and Payment
10. BSA does not request payment from you. Payments and all financial transactions (e.g., deposit)
are strictly between you and your medical service provider.
Variations of Booking, Cancelations and Refunds
11. Variations or cancellations of bookings and refunds after a booking is made and a deposit is
paid to your medical service provider either by you or by your medical service provider are
subject to your medical service provider’s policies. You must fully understand these policies
before you pay any deposit.
12. In the event your medical service provider varies or cancels your surgical appointment, including
in unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances, they may not cover your loss of flight and
accommodation costs. You are strongly encouraged to have travel insurance to cover these
costs.
Third Party Services (Medical Service Providers)
13. BSA acts as your booking agent only. Any booking advisory and relevant services, e.g.,
correspondences or forwarding your documents to your medical service provider upon your
request, are collateral with that agency relationship.
14. We exercise care in arranging the booking for you, but we are not ourselves the medical service
provider of your surgical cosmetic procedure. We have no control over and do not have any
liability for the result of the surgical procedure performed by them nor the accuracy of
information, guarantees, or advertising provided by them.
15. All bookings that are made on your behalf are subject to the policies and the terms and
conditions imposed by your medical service providers, including conditions of surgeries,
cancellation policy, refunds, remedies, and limitations of liability. We will provide you with copies
of the relevant policies on request.
16. Your legal rights in relation to your cosmetic surgical procedure (including cancelations, refunds
or remedies) and other services performed by your medical service providers are against the
specific medical service provider and are not against us. Your rights against a specific medical
service provider are governed by their policies, their terms and conditions, and by their laws of
jurisdiction.

Liability
17. BSA’s liability for breach of BSA’s services is limited at BSA’s option to the supply of the service
again (e.g., making another booking or assisting you facilitating a resolution).
18. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability for any complications,
unsatisfactory results, injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional
expense, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions, or default,
whether negligent or otherwise, of medical service providers or their agents or contractors over
whom we have no direct control, force majeure, or any other event which is beyond our control
or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
19. Under circumstances where our liability cannot be excluded and where liability may be lawfully
limited, such liability is limited to the remedies required of us under applicable law (including the
Australian Consumer Law). This liability clause is subject to your rights under the Australian
Consumer Law.
20. Nothing in these Booking Terms and Conditions is intended to limit, exclude, restrict, or modify
any rights you may have provided by law, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010
(Cth).
Privacy
21. By providing personal information to us, you consent to us collecting, using, and disclosing your
personal information as provided in these Booking Terms and Conditions, in accordance with
Privacy Laws.
Modification to the Booking Terms and Conditions
22. We reserve the right to modify any of these Booking Terms and Conditions at any time without
prior notice. If we make changes to any of these terms and conditions during our agent
appointment by you, you will be notified in writing. The applicable terms are those in effect at the
time you make a booking.
Governing Law
23. If any dispute arises between you and us, the laws of Western Australia will apply.
Acknowledgement
24. You acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older and that you understand and agree to
the above Booking Terms and Conditions.
