Natalie’s path into medical tourism wasn’t planned, it was built through years of hands-on experience and saying yes when opportunity showed up. Starting in beauty therapy and dental nursing, she later returned to the beauty industry as a dermal therapist, working closely with a highly qualified Australian surgeon. That blend of clinical knowledge and patient care became her edge.
An offer to relocate to Bali changed everything. Taking on a management role across cosmetic and dental clinics, with responsibility for sterilisation and patient coordination, Natalie quickly became known for her trust, precision, and people skills.
Natalie became quite well known within industry as a competent and caring contact for people requiring cosmetic surgery. Natalie has improved her knowledge and gained further experience working directly alongside doctors and learning the medical tourism space from the inside out.
Today, the business is proudly family-run, grounded in real experience, relationships, and care. With deep expertise in medical tourism and a hands-on approach at every stage, Natalie and her family have built a trusted bridge between patients and world-class treatment abroad.
